Helloween-vocalist going solo. First he recorded as Andi Deris, then he changed to Deris. His solo efforts sound more like his work with Pink Cream 69 than his work with Helloween.

Making solo-albums should be an outlet of stuff not fitting in the realms of your main band. And this is exactly what Andi does. It's not a polka album, or even remotely far away from Helloween, it's a much more mellow effort, even sniffing on the boundaries of AOR. Andi's voice is the main-focus here, and this is the way it should be, right? A good album to take out every now and then, just to have on in the background, or maybe to a candle-light dinner? The song "The King Of 7 Eyes" features the rest of Andi's main band as guests. My version of the CD is a limited edition poster pack.

Second solo-album from current Helloween vocalist. I like this album, because I find it diverse, and fresh-sounding. It's not a classic, but it's not a dust-collector either. No song actually sticks out, but they are all good. The title though, is a bad spin off of Aerosmith's 'Done With Mirrors'.
