D.T.Seizure only recorded a 2 track demo back in 1989. 'Name Your Poison' was it's name, and pure heavy metal was the band claim to fame! And it's a shame this band never got the chance to release an album, because these tracks leaves me hungry for more. Heavy metal with some thrash metal influences is how I would describe them. But if you take a look at the cover songs on the live section of this CD, put together by the vocalist, you will see some of the bands who influenced them. Here they do covers of "Motorbreath" (Metallica), "Hand Of Doom" (Black Sabbath), "Whipping Post" (Allman Brothers), "Holiday In Cambodia" (Dead Kennedys) and "More Beer" (Fear). Still, it's the 2 original tracks that gives me the most listening pleasure here.
