American melodic metal band. Been around since the late 80's. Can be compared to Stryper, Ratt, Fifth Angel and Mötley Crüe.

FIREHOUSE (1990) EPIC

  1. Rock On The Radio
  2. All She Wrote
  3. Shake & Tumble
  4. Don't Treat Me Bad
  5. Oughta Be A Law
  6. Lover's Lane
  7. Home Is Where The Heart Is
  8. Don't Walk Away
  9. Season Of Change
  10. Overnight Sensation
  11. Love Of A Lifetime
  12. Helpless

This band got heavy airplay on music-channels in the beginning of the 90's. Puffy hair and metal ballads were hot stuff, and these guys fit right in. I really liked their songs, but never bought their CD's. Now ten years later their two first albums appeared in a collection I was trading CD's from. I figured why not? So although not all of these songs are that good, this is still a solid record.

Killer tracks: All She Wrote, Don't Treat Me Bad, Love Of A Lifetime, Helpless

HOLD YOUR FIRE (1992) EPIC

  1. Reach For The Sky
  2. Rock You Tonight
  3. Sleeping With You
  4. You're Too Bad
  5. When I Look Into Your Eyes
  6. Get In Touch
  7. Hold Your Fire
  8. The Meaning Of Love
  9. Talk Of The Town
  10. Life In The Real World
  11. Mama Didn't Raise No Fool
  12. Hold The Dream

More in the same vain as the previous. If you have a winning combination, why change it, right? Well, it might just bore people out after a while. I think this is just not as strong as the first CD, although they don't differ all that much.
