One of the least known Christian metal bands on the planet! Messiah hailed out of Detroit, Michigan in 1983. 2-3 years later, the band dissolved. They released one album, and an EP, before calling it quits.

A true gem in the collection. This album is so rare, most people haven't even heard about it. One of the earliest Christian metal bands, alongside Messiah Prophet and Saint. These are also bands to compare them with sound-wise, but Messiah is maybe a bit more mellow and melodic. They might not be the best band in their genre, but there are some good songs on this record.
The album was originally released on Viniculum Records, and is virtually impossible to find. Even collectors on the secular market have priced it's worth to about $200. My copy is a bootleg, but one with OK artwork, and even print on the CD itself. It's cool to have it when the album most likely will ever see an official CD release.
Killer tracks: Who's To Blame, Heavenly Metal, Lucifer
