I've actually owned this album in the past, but ended up selling it on a day I didn't like it. And this is the thing with this CD; some days I love the bluesy hard-rock on it, and other days I can't get into it at all. What makes the album good in the end is Mr. Basauri's excellent vocals. This man is highly overlooked, and can mess with the best of them. He reminds me a lot of Lenny Wolf, from Kingdom Come, and these 2 bands can also be compared to each other. So are you looking for a band filled with joy, and that cranks out some decent hard rock, Red Sea is the band to look to. But remember: PLAY IT LOUD!

Rock trivia: The drummer on this album has been a member of bands like Black Symphony, Leatherwolf, Kevin DuBrow, Badlands, Racer X and Michael Schenker Group. In some bands he was the singer, in others the guitarist, and then sometimes the drummer!

Killer tracks: Soulshaker, Blood, Dust To Dust, Shades Of Purple

Jeff Martin guest appearances:

V/A - 'Bat Head Soup - Tribute To Ozzy'
