Co-produced by ex-Scanner/ex-Angel Dust vocalist S.L.Coe, this is Ulan Bator's first, and so far, only release. 'Cut' offers some really good melodic power metal with a hint of progressive metal. Powerful and wailing vocals, shredding guitars-riffs, stellar song writing and decent production. What more can a headbanger want? They even offer some thought provoking lyrics here and there. If you like your metal powerful, yet still melodic, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. Unfortunately this is one of those albums that not many people have even heard about. And that is a shame. If there had been any justice in the music-business, Ulan Bator should have been picked up by a label a long time ago!

Killer tracks: Welcome To The Moon, Changing Heads, Flying High
